The Greatest Merger Reorganization In History









As the old bible story in daniel says THE HAND WRITING IS ON THE WALL!
for the US Economy. We are all waiting for the court date when the judge will
slam the gavel to open bankrupt proceedings for the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.
After long thought about the the predicament our country is in financially I
could not help but think is our country leaders that stupid to mismanage
a 10 trillion dollar+ cash flow into bankruptcy, but wait our president went
to an ivy league college and is surrounded by mba and phd in economics types
so i had to scratch out sheer stupidity. No there had to be a method to the madness
a reason our leaders would allow our great country to file CHAPTER 11.


Most in America are not aware of how many wall street investment banker types are
either in our government or they have the power to greatly influence our government.



With that in mind if you look at America as corporate entity instead of as a country
then its very understandable why someone would intentional bankrupt such a large
concern, corporate raiders and robber barons have used this tactic since the early
1900s to amass large fortunes.
If are leaders are dead set on bankrupting the country and there not stupid then there is only one explanation left,someone will profit from the bankruptcy proceedings and the controller of the asset has to have some sort of exit plan
or out via the bankruptcy in which again they make a profit.
The out the exit plan for the american elite is the proposal of the GREATEST MERGER
yet the merging of three countries the US,Canada and Mexico.
this great event is getting little media attention but like the robber barons of old
the elite hate publicity.


Lets take a look at how this particular form of financial engineering works.
1. you acquire a cash generating heavy asset entity.
2. you systematically syhpon cash flow and strip assets
3. you sell more and more stock diluting original shareholders
4.when the gig is up and the entity no longer can pay its obligations you file chapter.11.
5.you reorganize the entity satisfying lein holders 1st and then issuing all types
of paper securities to original shareholders that's worth only pennys on the dollar.



Now with that slight overview of how the game is played lets look at how are present leaders are using this strategy.



1. you take office (control of entity)
2. you start wars (to syhpon cash flow and strip assets)
3. you create and issue trillions of dollars and sell trillions more in the form
debt obligations (dilute original shareholders)
4.When the gig is up you state for security and financial reasons the country needs
to merge with its neighbors to the north and south (chapter 11 filing)
5. you create a new currency THE AMERO to replace the three countries existing
currencies ( new paper issued to replace old paper HIGHLY DEVALUED)

OH yes the greatest merger that wall street has ever pulled of is in the making
What has me concerned is the value of all that paper they will create and issue
to consummate the merger bankruptcy reorganization.
